Using snippets' shortcuts in the Follow-up section would be great feature.

It would be nice to use (Follow up specific) snippets in creating a reply/note in a follow up. This way you can have a default Follow Up reply you can put in the Follow up by just selecting the snippet.

When I compose a reply in the Follow - up section, ot would be nice if the snippets worked here also.
