With increasing demand for privacy and data security, we are looking more and more to lock down access to systems that (may) contain sensitive client information. DeskPro is definitely one of those systems. Unfortunately we have found no way to integrate it with our current 2FA provider DUO that we use for 90% of our systems. It would be very helpful to have DUO integration on logon for (at least) agent access.

Would be nice for me to. We have DUO in our organisation. We would like to add DUO also to Deskpro.
