The ability to set up more actions in triggers related to the JIRA App, for instance to auto create tickets in Jira depending on a custom field or a trigger action to add something to the tickets within JIRA, such as to add a label/footer template.
You could also have a trigger which adds a new note in JIRA (and vice versa-adds a new note in Deskpro when there is an update in a Jira ticket) when something is updated in Deskpro
