Replace the main user by the first person in CC Collecting Feedback

Sometimes we want to delete the main user and replace him by the person in CC. For now, we change the main user with the name of the CC person and then we delete the person in CC. Would it be possible to just delete the main user (this one being replaced by the first person in CC)?Thanks!
