I know that it's possible to change the display format for date time fields but I gather that it isn't possible to change the format that Deskpro expects when entering a value into a datetime field.

It would be really nice if that were possible. It's often much faster for us to type into the field rather than use the date picker. Less so when it isn't the date format that we're used to using.
