I selected a ticket and updated the Urgency property. I then went back to the ticket list which was sorted by Urgency. The page did not auto sort as I would have expected, and items were not in the correct order.
I had to pull down from the top to see the page with items in the right order.
Please consider making the app refresh by itself to reflect data changes.
