I’m trying to customise the snippets we use in Office to provide a bit more of a custom response as opposed to a generic response. I’ve seen the list of variables we can use but I’m wondering – is there a variable that can be entered that will differentiate the time of day and update as appropriate?
I’d like a snippet to automatically apply Good Morning or Good Afternoon as appropriate, could you please look into a variable that is set up to change between Morning/Afternoon depending on whether the snippet is used AM or PM?
