My company is VAT-registered in the EU. How do I get an invoice for On-Premise without VAT?

Go to the quote/invoice generator on our website.

Select the license options you want, you’ll then be asked for your billing details, including:

‘VAT ID (optional)’; add a valid VAT ID number and the VAT will be deducted from your quote/invoice.
