Managing Tickets

The Navigation Panel is made up of different sections which help you organize and manage your tickets. In the ticketing interface, these are arranged into accordions.

To access the different areas of Ticket Navigation, simply click on the relevant accordion to expand them:

Each option represents a different type of ticket filtering system, which helps you track and manage tickets.
