To create a new task:
Click the + New button and select Task.

A blank New Task modal opens, enter a description for the Task.

You can set a due date, to do this click on Choose Date and select a date from the calendar.

If a due date is set, you can also choose to specify a time on that date.
By default, the Task is assigned to you. If you wish to delegate it, click Me and pick an Agent or Team.

By default, the Task is Public. You can make the Task Private or visible to only a certain department using the dropdown menu.

If you need to create more than one Task, click Add another Task and repeat the above steps.
When you are finished, click Save.
