This is a useful feature for scenarios where a customer submits a Ticket that you want to turn into a Community Topic.

Linked Topic opens the New Community Topic tab, where you can link existing community topics to a Ticket, or create a new one.

After selecting Linked Topic, a search box will appear to the left of the ticket where you can search all the existing community topics or create a new topic.
