Screenshots not showing in Emails Finished

When we send an E-Mail with an embedded Screenshot to a User in a different Company who is also using Deskpro, the screenshot doesn't show up for them.
It works with external Email-Addresses and with Addresses within our company.

Hi Jule, I’m just reaching out as we are doing a review of open bug reports in Deskpro. I’ve taken a look into this issue and I can see this was resolved on a ticket.
