Our team has developed a new Companies House app that allows you to check Companies House records directly from the helpdesk.
The new app integrates seamlessly with Deskpro’s existing platform, letting you quickly and easily search for information on any registered UK company. The app will display the essential information about the business, including:Registered Name
Company Number
Company Type
Date of Creation
Status
If you require more information about the company, you can simply hit the redirect link next to the name, you will then be taken to the relevant page on the Companies House website, where you can view any additional information that is held about the business, such as company registration details, accounts and annual returns, and information on company directors and shareholders.
We understand how important it is for you to have access to accurate and up-to-date information on the companies you work with. By integrating Companies House data directly into the helpdesk, we're making it easier to get the information you need quickly and efficiently while reducing context switching by removing the need to move out of your helpdesk.You can add the Companies House app to your helpdesk by going to Apps & Integrations > Apps, selecting the Available tab, and installing Companies House. After this, the app will be accessible to you and your Agents.
