This release contains a number of bug fixes.

Fixes

• DeskPRO version 5.5 was not working on Internet Explorer 11
• Mass actions form was not appearing for users with touch-screen computers/laptops
• Custom fields were not abiding department layout order
• Issue with OpenID authentication app

If you are using DeskPRO Cloud, we will roll out this update to your helpdesk soon.

If you are using DeskPRO On-Premise, you can update your helpdesk to the latest version from your admin interface.
