Deskpro for Android 1.01 includes the feature updates, bug fixes and improvements listed below:

Features:

• Ticket attachments can now be opened

• Users now have the ability to ‘set ticket to spam’

Improvements:

• Department lists now display in the correct order set by user

• Date formats are now localized  

• Users now have the ability to set captcha requirements via the app

Bug fixes:

• Better helpdesk detection and recognition when HTTPS is enforced

• Blank log in error now resolved
