We are pleased to announce the release of Deskpro version 2021.1.7. This includes a mixture of general improvements and bug fixes.  

General Improvements and Bug Fixes:

• DPLEG-30453 - You may now ignore exact participant matching on emails for using Deskpro's subject matching algorithm. This can be set from Admin > Email Accounts > Advanced Settings.

• DPLEG-28018 - Fixes department permission issues in API calls in some cases

• DPLEG-30380 - Fixes bug to do with setting hotlinked download URL in some cases

• PR-6014 - Fixes issues with rendering v2 API doc in some cases

• PR-5976 - Adds no_proxy setting to define hosts that should not be passed through HTTP proxy

• This update includes many security related improvements
