Display CAPTCHA on first page of Feedback Collecting Feedback

Having to click the Submit Feedback button twice is a bit redundant. I click "Submit Feedback" below, and then I'm prompted to enter a CAPTCHA, and click "Submit Feedback" again. Why not display the CAPTCHA the first time around and cut out a step?
