We creat post for news, and posts are not translatable. so user in english see the same posts there are in Persian.
With an automatic translation, we would be able to write the articles in one language, and then whatever language the user is, it would appear in that language for them on their helpdesk, depending on the language that they had set on their user portal. It could just be a google translate plugin, similar to the ticket translation feature on Deskpro.
