One column and two column are fine but neither gives me a view where I don't do a lot of vertical scrolling to see the ticket dialogue. I understand that the view is customizable, but it seems to me that the interface objects just have too many bezels that take up valuable space. Here is an example of how the UI takes up a lot of room and requires vertical scrolling to see any of the ticket on a MacBook Pro screen. I took out the bezels and moved just a couple things around to show how much more working space one could have. I'd maybe even put a button next to the one column/two column buttons to enable this mode (if it wouldn't be the default)
