Hello,

I’m looking to build a quarterly SLA report by agent to pull the SLA metrics of the past 90 days, which isn’t possible from the drop-down menu. Could “in the past 90 days” be added to the dropdown list? All of our reporting needs revolve around a quarterly basis.

For our quarterly reports, we don't always pull the necessary data exactly on the last day of the reported period. Therefore, rather than (or in addition to) 'in the past 90 days', we would be helped by the option "last quarter" (and "this quarter" for consistency). Alternatively, a custom date range selector would work. Naturally, this should not only be available in the stat builder, but also in the (custom) dashboards.
