Add ssl support for the desktop notifier for engineers that are mobile. When the use of ssl is forced the notifier does not work. <br /><br /> <br /><br /> The desktop notifier only works internally. Or remotely using VPN. Adding ssl support would allow techs that are in the field to stay connected.
