It would be extremely useful and a time saver if there was the ability to import data into custom fields within Ticket Structure > Ticket Fields and CRM >Fields > User Fields and Organization Fields particularly when creating a select field with a parent field.
At present these entries have to be entered manually and in some instances where one might want to categorise type and room location that can then be added to a form for user submission, it is painstakingly slow.
I have attached a couple of screenshots to show the areas that I am referring to and the content within.
