Yes, you can host your data in the EU with all of our subscription plans.

With the Team and Professional Plans, your data can be hosted in the EU (Ireland). You also have the option of hosting your data in the UK or the US.

If on Enterprise Plan, you can choose from any of the 31 AWS global availability zones, which include Ireland (Dublin), Sweden (Stockholm), Spain, France (Paris), Germany (Frankfurt), Switzerland (Zurich), and Italy (Milan).

To get your EU hosting set up, please email sales@deskpro.com with your preferred hosting location, the address and contact details that should appear on the invoice, the number of agents you want, and your EU VAT number if you are a non-UK company based in the EU.
