We are pleased to announce a new release of the DeskPRO helpdesk platform, build #365.
The following is an automatically generated list of changes in this release:
- FIX Selecting agents on new agent group would not show as 'checked' until you refreshed the page
- FIX Sub-departments did not render properly in Agent Groups
- FIX SalesForce app logged errors about loading of wsdl
This update has now been rolled out to all Cloud customers.
