We currently host an on-premise helpdesk, with a staging instance for trialing and testing new features without breaking the production helpdesk. This is really quite useful for testing, but while implementing the latest new features for our team, I couldn't help but think that it would be great if we could somehow export the new features that we have made on staging, and import them into the production helpdesk, rather than having to re-create all of the work done on the staging server.<br />
I think of particular use for this sort of feature would be in the case of adding a new department or brand, it would be good if you could also export the child fields, triggers, email templates and approval templates, for example.
Even having a manual export for each of these options would be great. It would be wonderful to see this feature in the future!
