Department ticket bubble color Collecting Feedback

When looking at the agent interface, overlooking tickets, it would be nice when sorting by department that you could change the color. For example, department: Test (34) (The bubble is blue with white text) Where 34 indicates the amount of tickets in the given department. It is rather difficult to get a nice overview, if you got different organisations. Hope it makes sense.
