Deskpro for Android 1.01 includes the feature updates, bug fixes and improvements listed below:
Ticket attachments can now be opened
Users now have the ability to ‘set ticket to spam’
Department lists now display in the correct order set by user
Date formats are now localized
Users now have the ability to set captcha requirements via the app
Better helpdesk detection and recognition when HTTPS is enforced
Blank log in error now resolved
