Add language recognition to Microsoft Translator Text app Collecting Feedback

Microsoft's Translator Text API supports automatic language recognition (see https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/services/cognitive-services/translator-text-api/). Currently agents have to select the language of the ticket in order to have it translated. It would be convenient if there would be a new entry 'Automatic' for the source language which lets Microsft determine the source language automatically.

This would especially useful because the language selector is not very user (agent) friendly.
