We have released version 2023.0.4 of Deskpro. This post summarizes the updates we have made to our legacy product.

Bug fix

🐛 We fixed backward compatibility for text parts in new email templates (SC 103960).

2023.0.5 on 2024-06-11: We published an updated build with an additional maintenance utility. If you have not been instructed by Deskpro Support to upgrade, then you can safely ignore this version -- it contains no other updates.
