If your entity is in the UK, you must pay the VAT on the invoice.

If your entity is in the EU, you can enter your VAT ID (which will be validated) for the VAT to be removed under the reverse charge scheme.

For our Cloud service, please enter the billing area of your account. You will be able to enter a VAT ID.

For our On-Premise service, please generate a quote or invoice from the Buy License section of our website. You will be able to enter a VAT ID during this process.

If you are in the EU but do not have a VAT ID, then VAT will be charged.
