No, you will not need to reinstall Deskpro or reset your data (although you can if you wish).
When you are ready to purchase your license you can do so from the Buy License link on our website. You will be emailed a license key you can then enter into the Billing Interface inside Deskpro (the $ icon on the Navigation Bar).
