The load of the system is recorded and averaged over a 5-minute period to provide an indication of how much work is being performed by the CPU.
Note
This is a 'normalized' figure - e.g. it is divided by the number of cores in the server so will be different than the 5-minute average load you get from various server utilities (e.g. top)

Remediation
Please check if there any processes using a high amount of CPU (e.g. using top from the command line) and stop any unneccessary processes to free up resources.
