Ability to rearrange columns in Agent ticket grid using Windows drag and drop functionality Collecting Feedback
It would be nice to be able to rearrange the columns in the Agent interface by simply dragging and dropping them into a new position. See screenshots for clarification (if needed)

We love your idea for a function which will allow you to drag and drop panes into the Agent Interface, making it more customizable.
