We are pleased to announce a new release of the DeskPRO helpdesk platform, build #305.
The following is an automatically generated list of changes in this release:
- NEW Linked tickets feature from ticket "Actions" menu or the gear menu on specific ticket messages
- IMPROVEMENT Department criteria in ticket filters are now multiple selection
- FIX When require login to add comments is enable, an incorrect phrase for 'login or register' was being displayed
