We are pleased to announce the release of Deskpro version 2019.8.1. This includes a handful of useful bug fixes and general improvements.
- CH-2655 - The V1 API browser/explorer would throw an error, causing the endpoints to appear blank and disabling the sandboxes
- CH-2680 - The 'real-time updates' feature when viewing tickets via an SLA filter would incorrectly reload back to the 1st page when disabled
- CH-3398 - Certain incoming emails appeared to be stuck in the "PROCESSING" status, which interfered with the cron/scheduled task reliability
- CH-3057 - Certain SLA's circumstances leading to tickets not properly being actioned into the warning/fail state
