The additional ability as an extension to the current active directory (AD) integration to allow users to automatically authenticate with the helpdesk when logged into their terminal. Currently a user has to log into the helpdesk using their credentials - essentially re-entering again, a function to automate this and ensure this process is seamless is desirable.
