Mentioning a ticket - Palaute / Feature Request - Deskpro Support

It would be great to be able to mention another ticket in Note, on the same principle as the @mention.

Redmine uses the # to identify ticket references in comments.

I believe this would be a good addition.

Fogbugz uses "case 1234" to automatically create a "relatation" between tickets.
