User-selectable Date/Time representation, and/or switch based on age Collecting Feedback

Currently, date/time representation is only switchable between relative and absolute for everybody using Deskpro. It would be good to have this in the Agent or User preferences instead, so every user can decide for himself.
An alternative (or third option, in conjunction with the above) would be to use relative dates for the first 24 hours, and absolute dates for everything older than 24 hours.
