Time based triggers for recurring actions Report

"Automation for Jira" has a time based trigger called "Scheduled", where the user defines the recurring events using the cron syntax. When this triggers, it checks for all issues matching certain criteria and performs actions on the issues.

This feature would also be helpful in Deskpro for maintenance purposes.
