Go to the Billing interface to manage your license to use Deskpro.

Your Deskpro license entitles you to a maximum number of agent accounts for a certain period of time.

On the Billing screen you will able to see your current number of agents, and when your license expires.

Click Extend your license to renew your existing license with the same number of agents.

If you want to increase your agents, click Add Agent Seats. If you try to add more agents than your license allows, you will also be prompted to add agents.

Note that Deskpro On-Premise agent licenses are sold in blocks of 10.
