Ticket filters with 'OR' logical condition - Suggestion - Deskpro Support
Ticket filters are quite flexible via the number of fields that can be selected to create them, but chosen conditions are always combined through a logical 'AND', thus adding criteria only has the effect of creating a narrower funnel, so to say. In some cases it would be nice to also combine some conditions with a logical 'OR'. A simple example: I would like to create a filter that are either assigned to me OR that I follow. Currently, this is not feasible.
