We have released version 2023.0.3 of the Legacy version of Deskpro. This post will summarize the details of the change below.
✨ We have added support for the Agent Last Active Date so that it is taken into account when displaying the Agent Last Seen property, this will give a more accurate reflection of the latest activity for Agents on the helpdesk (SC 117565).
