This chapter collects some troubleshooting functions that are possible on Deskpro On-Premise using the command line or config file settings.

All the commands below should be run from the directory where you installed Deskpro.

If you’re running Deskpro using one of our VM images, the install folder is/usr/share/nginx/html/deskpro.

We’re assuming that your command line environment is set up so that php runs the php executable: if not, you may need to specify the path to php e.g: /usr/bin/php or "C:\Program Files\PHP\PHP5.3.0\php.exe".
