As well as displaying Chat on your Help Center, you can add it to your own site.
Navigate to Channels > Chat > Messenger Setup and under Add Messenger to Your Site you can turn on the Enable Messenger on your website option.

Note this is off by default and the Display on Help Center option is on but you can have both, either or neither of them enabled.
Embed Code
You can simply copy and paste this into your website. We recommend putting the code just before the </body>
tag.
The embedded widget will pull the properties from your settings in the Messenger setup so you can amend these to change its appearence.
Domain Whitelist
You'll need to whitelist the sites that you will use Messenger on (use commas to separate multiple sites).
If you have https enforced be sure to include the protocol as well e.g. https://www.deskpro.com
Including a '/' at the end of the site address may prevent the whitelist from working. E.g. https://www.deskpro.com would work but https://www.deskpro.com/ may not.
JWT Secret
You can sign the Chat Widget with a JWT Token. Read more about this in the topic on JWT signing
