Less than (<) sign in snippets - Bug Report - Deskpro Support
When saving a snippet, the "less than" sign (<) will sometimes be stored as a literal < in the HTML code, causing words not to show up.
Reproduction: in some tickets enter in the snippet in the normal richt text editor.
