Deskpro now supports Berget AI as an AI provider. Admins can connect Deskpro to Berget AI and select from available models, with no changes required to existing AI workflows. This allows teams to continue using Deskpro AI features while switching the underlying provider.

Berget AI offers a European-hosted, privacy-focused platform with access to open-source models such as Mistral, making it well suited for organisations with data residency or sovereignty requirements.
