We would like to use DeskPro for answering email only and disable the portal. Still we would like to be able to do satisfaction surveys.
Would it be possible to offer API endpoints, so we could redirect the user to a special page we code ourself, that set the satisfaction values?

Can you add an API call to have the user respond to the satisfaction survey instead of having to do it via email?
