Subscribe a batch of users to new/modified knowledgebase articles Collecting Feedback
I know that a user can subscribe to an article, category or whole knowledgebase. Is there a way I (as an admin) can subscribe a batch of users (all our staff) on their behalf, using their email addresses? It would be even better if instead of them being notified of every single change or new article, they received a weekly consolidated update by email of what has been added/changed in the knowledgebase, with links to those articles.
