Multilevel Department Collecting Feedback

Can we set the multilevel department in Deskpro?

For Example:

Level 1: Application

Level 2: Application1, Application2, etc

Level 3: Application1-User, Application1-Modul1, Application1-Modul2, Application1-Modul3, etc

Level 4: Applicattion1-User- Register User, Application1-User-Reset Password, etc

I have tried it but I just only set into level 2.
