Missed Chat Notifications Collecting Feedback

I would like to be emailed if a chat request is missed. Currently there is no way to be notified of a missed chat.

Same here also. It is very unconfortable when there is a missed chat (we have several each days) and it has to be a daily task to check manually if there is any. If it might be automated that would be amazing.
